![]() ![]() I was able to get into the main menu and I started a new class, and then I turned Steam Cloud saving back on in properties after exiting the game. You may have to restart your computer to completer the whole process.Īfter Torchlight II uninstalled I reinstalled it and started it up, and it worked just fine. I also checked my temp and common SteamApps folder to make sure that Torchlight was fully erased from there. The default location for this is at my documents->my games->runic games->torchlight II->modsave. Then I backed up all my character data using the free program Gamesave Manager (), uninstalled Torchlight II, and then deleted all my character data found in my modsave folder. T元 is an online game where the game logic runs on a server and the multiplayer mode is the primary intended mode. Choose from over a thousand mods and bend the game to your will. ![]() I fixed it by right clickong on Torchlight II in my Steam library and right clicking on properties, and then turning off Steam Cloud saving for the game. It is a game where the logic runs locally and if you want to play multiplayer the local instances of all participants are synchronized. Torchlight II supports Steam Workshop, allowing for automatic mod subscription and synchronization. Before I encountered this problem I was using the nethermancer class from a mod and the game crashed while I attempted to save my character. See, Torchlight II uses data from the last character you used in order to launch, so if the character has any funky or damaged mods or gunky data, then the game is more likely to crash. I have over 47 mods I NEED to use otherwise I will end up having to switch in and out between each character save because each character is a DIFFERENT CLASS. ![]() Everybody says: 'MOD MERGING' works just fine. I actualy found a way to fix it on my own. I know this has been an old subject tossed around forever and ever. ![]()
